DAMA PIG is primarily a free kendama search and price tracker. Alongside it, we run a small first-party merch shop selling print-on-demand apparel. These terms cover both: buying from the merch shop, and using the site in general.
Ordering & payment
- The merch shop ships to the US, western Europe, and a list of other countries. Pick your region in your cart; if yours isn't listed, get in touch and we'll look at adding it.
- All prices are listed in USD.
- Payment is captured at checkout through Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- A flat shipping fee for your region is added at checkout before you pay.
Fulfillment & shipping
Merch is printed and shipped by a third-party print partner, not by us directly. Items are made after you order, so nothing ships the same day. Printing typically takes 3 to 7 business days, and transit usually runs another 5 to 15 business days depending on where you are, so most orders arrive roughly 2 to 4 weeks after ordering. Order confirmation and shipping emails come from orders@damapig.com.
Orders shipping outside the US may be charged import duties, taxes, or customs fees by your country. Those aren't included in the price you pay us and are the recipient's responsibility.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned or held because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can usually reship it, but we may have to charge the return and reshipping cost.

Using the site
- Don't scrape, mirror, or abuse the site or its API in a way that degrades it for others.
- The DAMA PIG name, logo, and site content are ours. Product listings, images, and pricing shown for other kendama brands belong to those brands; we're just linking to and describing what they sell.
- The site and merch shop are provided "as is," with no warranty of any kind. We work to keep prices and availability accurate but can't guarantee that data pulled from third-party brands is always current.
- To the extent allowed by law, DAMA PIG isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or a merch order.
Text message alerts (SMS)
DAMA PIG Drop Alerts is an optional text-message program. When you tick the text-message box on an alert signup form and give us a mobile number, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from DAMA PIG about kendama drops and restocks at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will get one final text confirming you are opted out.
- Reply HELP for help, or email support@damapig.com.
- Texts are only sent to US and Canadian numbers.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- How we handle your number is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing.
